The objective of Gas Speak is to encourage an awareness and knowledge of the gas industry in Australia by providing a forum for young people to present papers, chair sessions, conduct syndicate discussions and develop the art of self expression and communication. Gas Speak has been a successful and highly regarded gas industry event since 1982. It provides an opportunity for organisations to develop their younger staff and their communication skills, industry awareness and industry networks.

New Executive Education short course – The Global Oil Market: Separating Fact From Fiction.Â
This short course from the UCL School of Energy and Resources will provide a comprehensive assessment of the world’s oil resource base and associated extraction costs. Additionally, it will address the geopolitics of oil supply and the rise of resource nationalism, provide an assessment on future technology developments in the transport sector and their resulting impact on oil demand. Drawing together all of these factors, oil price scenarios will be investigated in the context of major events that could deliver future price spikes.
